ABOUT ME

I am Sara Bearzatto and I have been an architect for 18 years. I am a citizen of the world with deep roots in the stony fields of Friuli, Italy. I have worked in 6 countries, on 4 continents. Drawing on my diverse experience, I have learned not to make assumptions about what clients need in their homes.

Along the way, I started focusing on transforming existing buildings to adapt to every unique way of living.

I started clic in 2023, while living in Brooklyn, New York, to help homeowners create beautiful, functional everyday environments that improve their lives.

Previous experience: JAM Architecture (New York, USA), Vicca Verde Arquitectos (Lima, Peru), Llama Urban Design (Lima, Peru), Raffles Design Institute (Chennai, India), PTW Architects (Hanoi, Vietnam), ARB Architects (Hanoi, Vietnam), Gardiner Architects (Dublin, Ireland), Tomassini Architect (Spilimbergo, Italy).

Education: Master’s in Architecture (FAF, Italy), Post Master’s in Human Settlements MaHS (KUL, Belgium).

I LOVE

Double heights and high ceilings.
Old and new together.

Concrete sinks and terrazzo countertops.

Plants lit up by the sun coming through a window.

Ambitious clients.

Natural materials.

I CARE ABOUT

The environment.

That little detail that means everything

Functionality.

Aesthetics.

Client’s desires.

I AM GOOD AT

Turning around badly divided apartment plans again and again, until they have the perfect flow.

Finding the not-so-obvious solution.

Creating fantastic nooks out of insignificant corners.

Making the most of every cm/inch you paid for.

ABOUT CLIC

I believe that designing your home should be an exciting and enjoyable experience. With clic, I aim to redefine the relationship between the designer and the client making it transparent and stress-free.

I want my clients to feel free to say what they have in mind like with a friend, but with a designer (so even your friends will thank me!). You walk away with clarity about the decisions you must make about your home, so you can have the energy left to be excited!
